My research is focused on measuring and untangling eco-evolutionary dynamics in host-associated microbiomes, using the Arabidopsis thaliana phyllosphere as a model system.

1) Impacts of host immunity and microbiome on pathogen evolutionary trajectories

2) Connecting seasonal dynamics in microbiome assembly to host transcriptional variation

3) Effects of microbial variation on pathogen dynamics in wild A. thaliana populations

4) Conceptual synthesis of host-microbiome interactions using eco-evolutionary frameworks
